Shipping During Festive Season

Shipping during festive season will be impacted by cut-offs and closures. Please read the below information carefully before placing your order.

For in-stock items:

Please place your orders before the cut-off dates provided below to receive your items before Christmas.

17th December (except WA and NT)

14th December for WA

13th December for NT

Orders received after these dates will only be delivered after the Christmas Public Holiday period.

For Made to Order items:

Since it takes at least one to two weeks to make each item, all “Made to Order” items will now be shipped after Christmas. 

We will continue to receive orders for Made to Order items, however they will only be delivered after the Christmas Public Holiday period.
