Flexible Return & Refund Policy - only applicable to items sold from the website.

Our Return Policy is designed to make our customers feel confident to purchase our products.

However, being a brand new small business we run on limited stock. Hence, we will greatly appreciate if the return requests are made as soon as the order is received and trialed.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

No Questions Asked

We may send a form in our email with the intention to understand your need for initiating the return. We will not ask any questions, however we love getting feedbacks from our customers as they help us improve our products and services.

Damaged or Faulty Item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or maximum within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We take utmost care in preparing your order and ensure nothing is amiss. However, in the unfortunate event of any damage or error, you may want to include photos or any supportive documents/proofs in your email for speedy resolution.

Our team will assess the items on case by case bases and will determine if they qualify for paid/unpaid return, exchange or repair as per the ACCC guidelines.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot offer return on any Jewellery items for issues related to hygiene. We have included as much information as we can for every Jewellery product on their respective product page. But, if you still have any queries then please contact us to get full clarity and information before placing the order.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved and processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
